Blast at Residence of TMC Booth President in Bengal’s Purba Medinipur

Two people were killed and two others injured in a suspected explosion late Friday night at the residence of Trinamool Congress (TMC) President Rajkumar Manna in Bhupatinagar district of Purba Medinipur district of West Bengal. The power of the explosion was tremendous, and the thatched roof of the earthen house was blown away.
The dead have not yet been identified. However, it is believed that all those who died were TMC employees. The type of explosion has not yet been determined by police. However, the possibility that the house will be attacked by explosives cannot be ruled out. It is also suspected that the explosion was triggered after an atomic bomb stored in the house accidentally detonated. BJP national vice president Dilip Ghosh blamed TMC for the incident, saying, “Every time there is an explosion, we see TMC executives involved. has found a place to stay in power, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise.”
Meanwhile, BJP President Sukanta Majumdar declared on Twitter after the explosion: He lost his life along with several others. TMC is once again trying to create an atmosphere of fear ahead of Panchayat’s election.
