China: Over 60% of Population may get COVID, Death likely in Millions

China is experiencing a significant surge in coronavirus cases, with hospitals overwhelmed and estimated to infect over 60% of the country’s population and 10% of the global population within the next 90 days, according to epidemiologist Eric Feigl-Ding. One of the designated crematoria for Covid-19 patients in Beijing has received a surge in requests for funerary services and cremation, with 200 bodies arriving each day compared to 30 or 40 on a typical day. The epidemiologist also claimed that mainland China’s deaths are being underreported, with a recent explosion in funeral services due to the sharp increase in deaths, and cremation in Beijing nonstop with morgues overloaded and refrigerated containers needed. The lifting of testing requirements has made it difficult to measure the scale of the surge.
According to Feigl-Ding, the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) goal is “let whoever needs to be infected, infected, let whoever needs to die, die. Early infections, early deaths, early peak, early resumption of production.”
“Since the Covid reopening, we’ve been overloaded with work,” said a woman who answered the phone at the crematorium on Friday, adding, “Right now, it’s 24 hours a day. We can’t keep up.”
