Chinese Grenade Recovered After J&K Police Arrest Al-Qaeda Operative From West Bengal
In the Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, a member of the terrorist group Al-Qaeda was detained on Monday, according to police, according to news agency ANI.Amiruddin Khan, a resident of Mashita Haora in West Bengal, was reportedly captured by a police squad from Ramban along the Jammu-Srinagar national road, according to an official.The officer added that a Chinese hand grenade was found in the hands of the Al-Qaeda member.According to ANI, a case has been filed at the Ramban police station against the arrested suspect under the appropriate provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, the Arms Act, and the Explosive Act, and further investigation is ongoing.
