Chrome users can now login without Passwords

American tech giant Google has made passkeys available to Chrome users. After a testing period that began in October, the company added a passwordless standard for secure logins to Chrome Stable M108 this week.
According to The Verge, websites or applications that implement the Passkey API will allow users to log in through simple and quick verification combined with device biometrics or other strong authentication.
Passkeys are more secure because no password is exposed. According to the outlet, all big tech companies like Apple, Google, and Microsoft are working together to adopt the technology, so the experience should be device-agnostic.
