Constable’s body found inside police barracks in Howrah
Constable’s body recovered from police barracks in Howrah.It is reported that the deceased Sanatan Ghosh (52) was working at Belur outpost. The body of the constable, who was lying inside the barracks since Sunday night, was recovered on Monday and sent for post-mortem. Locals question in the incident, how a single constable was allowed to stay inside the barracks. He could have been saved if someone else was with him. Police are investigating the incident. It is known that renovation work was going on in the barracks. When he came to work this morning, he found the door locked from the inside. When no one opened the door despite pushing or shouting, Belur police officers came inside and found Sanatan Ghosh lying on the floor. He was rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead.After receiving information about the incident, the police officials went to the spot. Apart from investigating where Sanatanbabu was given duty the previous day, he wants to know whether he was alone or someone else on the night of the incident.
