Eden Realty Group Celebrates World Environment Day with a Three-Day Tree Plantation Drive at Solaris City Serampore

Eden Realty Group, one of the leading real estate developers of Eastern India, organised a tree plantation drive for their customers at Solaris City Serampore starting from 5th June, 2023 to mark World Environment Day.

Kolkata: The initiative was kick-started by Sri Giridhari Saha Chairman of Serampore Municipality along with Sri Arya Sumant MD and Sri Kumar Satyaki Jt. MD of Eden Realty Group. More than 500 families consisting of over 1200 people are participating in this plantation drive.

Saplings of Champa, Chhatim, Neem, Raktakanchan, Simul, Palash, Bandarlathi, Krishnachura, Jarul, Bokul, and Debdaru are being planted on the occasion of World Environment Day. The existing trees like Segun, Mehagani, Champa, Mango, Jaam, Eucalyptus, Sirish and Jog-Dumur are carefully retained as well.

“Today’s initiative an effort to create awareness for a green environment. We believe in keeping our world greener and cleaner for the generations to come. Customers are our main strength and this is our small contribution towards building a greener world involving them,” said Mr Arya Sumant, Managing Director, Eden Realty Group.

Around 1000 saplings will be planted over these 3 days by the future residents of Solaris City Serampore with an aim to live with them for the rest of their life.
