Founded in 2003, Flavours of India is a family-friendly eatery and bar. This 200-seater restaurant and boutique hotel is nestled away beneath the AJC Bose Road flyover in the centre of Kolkata.
One of their specialties is their fusion cuisine, which combines a variety of international foods with a local twist.
Raghav Sehgal, the restaurant proprietor, said, “We intend to welcome you all during the pujas with our Puja special menu and our freshly renovated area upstairs. At Flavours of India, it’s all about making new memories and enjoying yourselves!”
He also stated, “Our goal at Flavours of India is to provide you with a singular fusion of flavours, including worldwide meals with a regional twist and dishes from all around India under one roof.”
They have included dishes on the Puja menu that appeal to families. In addition to this, Flavours of India also offers a private dining area for people desiring a quieter, more tranquil space when they arrive, with individualised care and attention to detail. Another service is that of the lounge, which can be booked if there are ten or more guests.
