Ganja Possession Arrested in Kalady
Three individuals from West Bengal were arrested by the police for possessing and selling 1.15 kg of marijuana in Kalady on Sunday. The individuals, Jiyarul SK, 24, Mirajul Mandal, 41, and Rony Mondal, 21, were apprehended by a police team from the Kalady police station after receiving a tip-off. The marijuana was found hidden in a bag carried by the accused. According to the police, the individuals had traveled from West Bengal to sell the drug at a higher price. They were presented in front of a magistrate court and taken into custody.
