Massive fire breaks out at film studio in Kolkata.
A massive fire broke out at Eskey movie studio located in the Kudghat district of Kolkata.With 15 fire tenders pressed into action ,the fire was brought under control after that.
Kolkata Police’s disaster management force had reached the spot.The fire broke out in the studio’s godown. According to locals fire breaks out at 5:30 in the morning and after sometime it turned quite scary with the flames and blazes fuming. No one was present in the warehouse at the time of the fire. But many equipment of the production company were kept there, which got damaged. Firefighters took sometime to douse the flames and control the incident. The disaster management force of Kolkata Police rushed to the spot in the morning as well. Aroop Biswas is the Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs of West Bengal and he was also there at the spot.
The reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained.
