Nupur Sharma skips summon of Kolkata Police
News Desk : After Narkeldanga police station, Amharst Street police station also summoned BJP leader Nupur Sharma. She was supposed to appear at the police station on June 25, that is, today. But she did not come that day. Nupur sought more time as she mentioned at her e-mail. Earlier, a person had lodged an FIR against Nupur Sharma at Narkeldanga police station over her controversial remarks about the Prophet. On the basis of this, she was summoned to appear on June 20. But Nupur Sharma wants four weeks due to security reason. She sent an e-mail saying she was worried about her security and should be given four weeks. This time she gave the same reason at Amherst Street police station.
