Chief of Staff MK Stalin, who has been called the “brother” of Tamil Nadu Prime Minister Mamata Banerjee and Dravida Munnetra Kazagam (DMK), said the two leaders did not discuss politics during their meeting in Chennai. “Stalin is like my brother. We can talk about things together, but we didn’t talk about politics,” Banerjee said.Banerjee arrived in Chennai to attend a family function of West Bengal governor La Ganesan on November 3.The meeting between the two leaders came amid the Oppositions attempts to unite all political parties against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ahead of the 2024 general election.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister of West Bengal said about the collapse of the Morbi Bridge, saying the Supreme Court should set up a judicial commission to investigate the matter.”Nothing is more important than human life. Politics is not important. My condolences to the bereaved families. So many people lost their lives. it is a crime. Incidents cannot be controlled, but construction and repairs should be outsourced to reputable companies. Unfortunately, Gujarat is busy with elections.
