Tamil Nadu is flooded with heavy rains.

Two people died due to heavy rains in the capital, Chennai. Many areas are underwater. 
One of the dead was electrocuted. A woman died after being crushed by a wall due to heavy rain. The Tamil Nadu government on Wednesday decided to close schools and colleges in several districts, including Chennai, Tiruvallur, and Ranipet, due to heavy rains. Several districts of Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, are also likely to experience rain on Wednesday. Chennai has received 126.1 mm of rain since yesterday till 5:30 am today. 
The administration has decided to close two subways in Chennai due to heavy rain. The speed of road vehicles is very slow. There is a traffic jam on the road. Chief Minister MK Stalin has already held a meeting with the officials. Ordered to take the necessary action.
